Current opportunities

We do not have any open vacancies at the moment, but we are always interested in hearing from people who share our approach. If you are a therapeutic practitioner, trainer or specialist associate and would like to be considered for future opportunities, please send a brief introduction and your CV to hello@feelingandhealing.co.uk.

How we work

Values that shape our team and our practice.

Whole-home thinking

We see therapeutic work as something that surrounds the child, the team and the organisation, not only a room where therapy happens.

Relationship-based

We believe meaningful change is built through safe, consistent relationships and reflective everyday practice.

Trauma-informed and curious

We ask what behaviour might be communicating, and we support adults to stay curious, regulated and connected.

Development-led

We invest in learning, supervision and reflective practice so our team and associates continue to grow alongside the homes we support.

Who we are looking for

Expressions of interest are welcome.

Therapeutic practitioners

Counsellors, therapists and social workers with experience in children’s residential care, trauma, attachment and DDP-informed practice.

Trainers and facilitators

Experienced trainers who can deliver thoughtful, engaging workforce development in areas such as developmental trauma, attachment, PACE and reflective practice.

Specialist associates

Professionals with specific expertise — for example, autism, ADHD, life-story work, therapeutic life story work, or other specialist therapeutic input — who can be matched to the right child, team or organisation.

Safeguarding

All roles and associate arrangements involve working with or near children, young people and vulnerable adults. We follow robust safer recruitment, supervision and safeguarding practices, and we expect every member of our team and network to share our commitment to children’s safety and wellbeing.
